In a world that is becoming increasingly more complex due to ethnic and cultural differences, educating our youth to embrace diversity can only lead to positive outcomes for the students and our community. This program is an activity based training that uses various demonstrations to open students eyes to the diversity around them. While recognizing the different cultures and backgrounds, students will also see how similar values and beliefs are held. In addition, students become aware of stereotypes and negative attitudes they may inadvertently pick up.
