Hunterdon Prevention Resources 5th Annual Trail Run and Family Fun Walk

Deer Path Park, Readington Township, N.J.
5K Trail Run at 9:30a.m. / 1 mile Family Fun Walk at 9:40a.m.

COURSE: Cross country trail, breakfast, one water stop, post event refresments.

T-shirts will be given to all pre- registrants, and while supplies last through rece day.

REGISTRATION: Pre-register by May 7 by mail or in person at HPR, 4 Walter

Foran Blvd, Suite 410, Flemington, NJ 08822 (9:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m.). Number and T-shirt pick-up is at the day of the event (May 22 -8:45 a.m.) Deer Path Park

I know that participating in the Hunterdon Preventio Resources 5K Trail Run or Family Fun Walk is a potentially dangerous activity. I understand that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by the decision of nay event official relative to my ability to safely complete the event. I assume all reisk assoicate by my participation in the event for which I am registering, including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Havingread, understanding this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of acceptance of this application, I, for myself and anyone entitled to acto on my behalf waive and release Hunterdon Prevention Resources and all Sponsonrs, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabitlities of any kind arising from my participation in this event even though that liability might arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use m photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
